Welcome to Fiatano, a digital platform offering cryptocurrency on-ramp and off-ramp services in India. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

By creating an account, completing KYC, or initiating any transaction on Fiatano, you agree to these Terms and our associated policies including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, AML Policy, and Refund Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be capable of entering into legally binding contracts under Indian law
• Have completed our KYC verification process
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where crypto services are restricted or illegal

We reserve the right to refuse access or terminate services at our sole discretion.

Services and usage

Fiatano enables:

• On-Ramp: Buy supported cryptocurrencies (e.g., USDT) using INR via UPI or bank transfer
• Off-Ramp: Sell supported cryptocurrencies and receive INR directly into your bank account

We do not offer wallet services or speculative trading features. Transactions are subject to liquidity availability and compliance clearance.

KYC and compliance

All users are required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before accessing services. We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and comply with applicable AML (Anti-Money Laundering) laws in India.

We may request additional documents at any time. Failure to comply may lead to account suspension or transaction delays.

Pricing, fees and settlement

All pricing is displayed upfront before you confirm a transaction. Fiatano may charge a service fee or spread margin depending on market conditions. We reserve the right to revise fees at any time without prior notice.

Most transactions are processed and settled within 3–5 minutes of payment confirmation. Fiatano holds crypto or INR funds temporarily to facilitate fast, secure settlement. Delays may occur due to technical issues, compliance review, or banking downtime.

User responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Use the platform only for lawful and personal purposes
• Maintain the security of your account and credentials
• Not use Fiatano for any illicit, fraudulent, or third-party transactions
• Comply with all applicable laws and financial regulations

You may not:

• Misrepresent your identity or source of funds
• Use bots, scripts, or scraping tools
• Engage in money laundering, arbitrage abuse, or market manipulation
• Violate any national or international laws related to crypto assets or banking

Limitation of liability

Fiatano shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Delays caused by banking systems, blockchain congestion, or force majeure events
• Losses resulting from user error, phishing, or third-party wallet compromises

Maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the transaction in dispute.

Suspension and termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to Fiatano if:

• You violate any of these Terms
• Suspicious activity is detected
• Law enforcement requests such action
• KYC/AML verification fails or is revoked

Intellectual property

All platform content, branding, and code are the intellectual property of Fiatano. Unauthorized reproduction or misuse is strictly prohibited.

Governing law and dispute resolution

Any disputes shall be subject to internal complaint escalation and resolution under Indian law, with the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

Changes to these Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
